What do you do at Flyhomes? I am a Client Success Specialist on our Brokerage Sales team. If you worked with Flyhomes to buy or sell a home, chances are high that you interacted with me or one of my teammates!
What did you do before joining Flyhomes? Before Flyhomes, I was studying sociology and leadership at the University of Maryland. Go Terps!
What’s something unexpected that you’ve learned on the job? How amazing a small company can be! When I was applying for jobs out of college I was looking at companies of all different sizes but I feel so lucky to have ended up at Flyhomes!
What’s your #1 tip for homebuyers? Take the time to learn about the process, save up, think about what you want, and run the numbers on your budget. And of course, schedule a phone call with Flyhomes so we can talk it through with you!
How do you like to spend time when you’re not working? You can find me on a run, walking the dog, trying new recipes, listening to podcasts & audiobooks, or at a yoga class!
What’s something about you that surprises people? I am the only redhead in my immediate family! My parents both have brown hair, my sisters are blonde and brunette and my brother is blonde!
Pets, plants, or both? What makes you happy at home? Both! Currently, my home has one dog, two cats and lots of plants!
What neighborhood do you live in? I am in Wallingford right now! I have previously lived in Maple Leaf.
Where else have you lived? I grew up in Burlingame, California in the San Francisco Bay Area and then went to college in the suburbs of DC! I also spent one summer living and working in Montana and I lived in Sydney, Australia for six months while studying abroad.
What’s your favorite place in Wallingford? I love living so close to the water! I go to Gasworks Park or walk along the Burke-Gilman trail almost every day!
What do you love most about your home? All the personal touches! It is so fun to decorate rooms and pick out furniture, curtains, carpets and more! Most recently, I painted an accent wall in my bedroom and then put up some art. It is my new favorite wall in the house!
