What’s the first thing a new client should know about you?
I place the clients first in every transaction. My goal is to ensure I do right by the clients at all costs.
What are your top 3 pro tips?
- Always speak with a mortgage lender before starting the home buying process.
- Identify your must haves in a home such as location and features.
- Set a budget for your dream home.
When did you first get your real estate license? What inspired you to get it?
I first received my license in October of 2019. I had been in real estate investing doing home flips with an investment group. I woke up one day and said I’m going to get my license and make this my full time job.
Do you focus on a special area (such as new builds or investment properties)?
No. I like to say if it involves a real estate transaction I do it!
What neighborhoods are you an expert in?
I grew up all over the East Bay so those are the neighborhoods I’m an expert in. Berkeley, Concord Richmond, San Leandro, Hayward etc.
Where do you live? Why did you choose to live there?
I live in Rodeo, a small city next to Pinole and Hercules in the East Bay. I purchased a home with my fiance in June of 2020. We lived in the San Pablo area as renters for a few years and we fell in love with the neighborhood and surrounding areas.
Have you worked in fields other than real estate?
I spent the bulk of my professional career in property management for the low income. Here I was able to form relationships with the residents, and inform them of the importance of homeownership.
What are you passionate about aside from real estate?
My passions outside of real estate are traveling (pre-Covid of course). I enjoyed traveling to new continents and small cities to learn about their culture and food! I am a major foodie so whenever I travel I always make sure to try the native dishes to that area and popular local dishes as well.
