What’s the first thing a new client should know about you?
I have been a resident in Santa Clara County for 30+ years and in a customer service and home improvement role for 15+ years. I’ve been married for 25 years to Diana, who is a wonderful woman, and we have 4 children that are being positive contributors to society.
What are your top 3 pro tips?
You are more likely to write a winning offer and are less likely to be in a multiple offer scenario if the home has been on the market 14 days or longer.

When did you first get your real estate license? What inspired you to get it?
I’ve been licensed since 2004 and have completed transactions for friends & family while maintaining a sales career in the private sector. In offering products and services to the business community, it was always a desire of mine to help families with this deeply personal purchase and process.
Do you focus on a special area (such as new builds or investment properties)?
At Flyhomes, we focus on writing winning offers in competitive markets regardless of property type, purchase price or location.
What neighborhoods are you an expert in?
South Bay is my backyard, but my brokerage is proficient at writing winning offers throughout Northern California.
Where do you live? Why did you choose to live there?
I live in Morgan Hill, CA, because of it’s country small town feel but I love being 30 minutes from San Jose and the Santa Cruz area.
Have you worked in fields other than real estate?
I worked the first 10 years of my career in community non-profits and then moved over to helping people and businesses in corporate America.
What are you passionate about aside from real estate?
I love movie nights with my family, watching the big 3 sports playoffs, fishing (when I can), eating good food (pho is life), playing with my rottweiler, doing community church work, and helping clients write winning offers!
