Overall, the Portland-area market is strong. We see much more activity compared to last year, despite expected seasonal slowdown. 

  • Prices for Portland houses and townhouses are up 15% over last year. Hillsboro & Beaverton prices are similarly up 9% year-over-year for houses/townhouses and 14% for condos.
