It’s a pleasure to share with you this 1910 California Craftsman Bungalow known as the Richard B. Hampson Home. This home is located in Downtown Riverside’s Historic District of Colony Heights which is known for its impressive turn-of-the-century homes and features many iconic Craftsman, Foursquare, Spanish and a few other Revival styles. 4450 Sixth Street has a classic Craftsman façade with clapboard siding, wood-framed windows, second story dormer and of course a comfortable, shady front porch.
