What’s the first thing a new client should know about you?
I am extremely responsive and will go above and beyond for my clients.
What are your top 3 pro tips?
- Get pre underwritten approved for the highest amount, it will make you a stronger buyer, and it does not mean you’ll have to use the entire amount. Work with more than one lender from the get-go; you’ll have a 14 day grace period where you can get pre-approved with as many lenders as you like and only get one hit on your credit.
- Explore as many neighborhoods as possible; go to open houses, drive around at night time, see how you feel, and picture yourself living there.
- Do not get discouraged if you lose an offer; see it as a learning experience. I will be there to guide you and do my very best to help you win your dream home.
When did you first get your real estate license? What inspired you to get it?
I obtained my real estate license a year after having my daughter at the beginning of 2018. Since I was 8, I had a dream to immigrate to the US. Later I found my passion for sales and real estate. My American dream was to move to San Francisco and become a realtor, and I was lucky enough to make it come true.
Do you focus on a special area (such as new builds or investment properties)?
I had the opportunity to work on various types of deals. There is no area where I specialize more than the other because I strive to give my clients the best experience in any real estate field they are interested in.
But my favorite part of being a Flyhomes Agent is meeting my clients at their new homes and delivering them the key to their front door; their smiles are priceless to me!
What neighborhoods are you an expert in?
I was fortunate to work and close home sales all over the Bay Area, and I’d say my best areas of expertise are San Francisco and the Peninsula.
Where do you live? Why did you choose to live there?
I live in San Francisco city, in the Central Richmond neighborhood. Since the moment I first landed in SF, I felt at home. I love how nice and friendly most of the people I meet are. Also, there are so many people from different cultures here, and everyone is accepted and treated as equal regardless of race, gender, color, ethnicity
Have you worked in fields other than real estate?
Sales have always been my best area of expertise, and I had the pleasure to explore many different subareas in that field; billboards, clothing, spa, and more.
Back in Israel, I also mentored at-risk youth, a wonderful experience that will stay with me for the rest of my life.
What are you passionate about aside from real estate?
My family, I enjoy spending time with my Hubby, my perfect 4 1/2-year-old daughter, and my 2 Israeli cats.
What do you love about working at Flyhomes?
The things I love most about Flyhomes are the team-based approach, the support I get from my team members, and the fact that client experience is most important to our company. The team-based approach allows me to assist many buyers at once and concentrate on giving them a seamless experience. We have a daily meeting Monday to Friday where we discuss the different offers we have going out and share experiences. I have learned SO much from all my teammates.
I started my journey with Flyhomes at the beginning of 2020 as a Tour Specialist. Little did I know what that year would look like! When Covid hit, there were no more open houses, so I was able to tour with over 100 clients throughout the Bay Area. By the end of that year, I was promoted to be a Flyhomes Agent and finally had the opportunity to represent buyers and sellers. So far, I have had the honor of closing over 30 transactions for my wonderful Flyhomes clients, helping them achieve their real estate goals!
