If you’ve purchased a primary residence with Flyhomes and are unsatisfied for any reason within one year of buying the home, we’ll clean, stage, list, and sell it at no additional cost to you.
If for any reason you decide not to purchase a home after the seller has already accepted your cash offer and all contingencies have been met, we’ll purchase the home instead. And, once we sell the home, we’ll return your earnest money after recouping the selling and holding costs incurred.
We guarantee the sale of your home even in the extremely rare case that it doesn’t sell within 90 days. You have the option to either leave it listed on the market and wait for another offer or have us purchase the home instead for around 90% of the fair market value.
