Need to back out?
Life happens. If you as our buyer (using any of our services) need to back out after the seller has already accepted your offer and all contingencies have been met, we’ll purchase the home instead.And, if we’re able to sell it for a profit, we’ll return your earnest money after we’ve recovered our costs from selling.
