Some discount brokerages charge 1%. Why do you charge the standard 3%?
We’ve tried both and found that sellers prefer to pay 3%, then relax while we take care of everything. At 1%, you manage and pay for prep/moving services individually. On a $600,000 sale, the difference between 1% and 3% is $12,000. The services we include can exceed that amount!
What if my house doesn’t sell? Do I have to pay you back for everything?
You don’t owe us anything. We invest to help your home sell, and if it doesn’t, we’ll help you decide on your next steps.
How much experience will my listing agent have?
Lots! Many of our Listing Specialists worked as traditional agents before joining Flyhomes to focus on what they love most—working with sellers! Our lead in Seattle has almost two decades of experience.
Why will a Buyer Specialist run my open houses?
We work as a team! The Buyer Specialist works with buyers every day and knows what to highlight for them when showing your home. They’ll also focus on finding a qualified buyer interested in making a Flyhomes Cash Offer on your home so closing is smooth and quick.
